I love the Spring. Spring and Autumn are my favourite seasons, the burst of beautiful colours, the crisp sweet air, spells bliss to me. So I adore creating Spring and Autumn designs. I could not resist these sweet bunnies by Whimsy Stamps artist Crissy Armstrong. She draws the most enchanting characters! I ink blended the background with a mix of distress oxides, ink blended the cloudy sky background and coloured up with sweet bunnies with Copic markers. I've used a craft knife to fussy cut the bunnies out, which I find so much easier than using scissors and gives a nice crisp close finish. I've used a mix of dimensional foam elements to put together this card and pop up the different elements in the scene. The adorable slimline meadow die is also Whimsy Stamps. I finished the design off by pairing it with a gorgeous red slimline envelope from Picket Fence Studios.
