How cute are these succulents by Krista Heij-Barber for Whimsy Stamps? Their sweet faces make me smile so much and those punny sentiments! I used some lovely Sizzix card sets to create the bases for these designs. I stamped the fabulous Whimsy Chevron Background in a multicoloured ink by Kaleidacolor, for a quick but striking background. The actual colour combo was 'Birthstone'. I then added the Copic coloured images with their fun sentiments and popped them up on foam for a bit of dimension. Super simple quick makes, but oh so sweet I think. I added some simple score lines around the edge of the cards to add a little extra interest.
