Photo of my Daddy that was taken sometime in 1944 when he was stationed overseas during WWII. I guess this could be called a hybrid layout since I made the background paper with the photo of the Eiffel Tower on it. I found a free photo of the tower online, then did a little photo editing to fade it out and enlarge it so that it could be printed on the background of the layout. ( I have a large format printer that prints on 12 x 12 paper). The flag, the bicycle, and the circle are all images I found online and cut out with my Cameo. The "ad" paper is from Echo Park and I tore the edge and then tore a red edge to match. The flag pole was just a scrap of black card stock and a punched gold circle for the ball on top. Photos were matted with black card stock. Journaling was computer generated and mounted on black card stock, also. I added some red nuvo drops with the journaling and then black nuvo drops at the top and bottom edges of the layout. I also added the thin red strip across the bottom so the bicycle wouldn't be "floating". Thanks so much for stopping by!
