I wanted to do a companion piece for my first MM canvas project that was done for the autumn Reneabouquet challenge last September or October.

Its the same size canvas (I think 10 x 12). I decoupaged mulberry paper scraps using ModgePodge then stenciled the green leaves with sand paste (love that stuff!) but because the antique green blended into the paper, I stenciled the flowers using Light n Fluffy paste. But then they were too white! So I used my metallic watercolors to color some of the blossoms. But then they were the only pinks so I added Nuvo glitter. But that looked weird too so added the flowers (and finally used up those very dimensional small green flowers that dont really work with scrapbooking). The brush part of the paintbrush was gray so I used gesso to whiten it and also give it a stiffer base for the flowers. So many of the RB artists use lace but mine just didnt do anything so I colored one bit with distress inks and liked it better. The RB pieces are the sweet roses on the brush, the bunny and beautiful board birds and butterfly.
