Photos of some 4 foot by 8 foot boards that I made for Vacation Bible School in 2018. The images were cut from black vinyl and adhered in sections to each board. I used Echo Park Forward with Faith (black buffalo print) and and old piece of Reminisce paper (red). Photos were backed with black. Sports embellishments were images found online and cut out with the cameo. The large scallop borders were cut with an old Quick Kutz die. The little red bird is a TH stamp that I cut out with the matching die (as are his cute sunglasses) I added some with pen stitching and white pearl nuvo drops to the borders. The title work was generated and cut with the Silhouette Cameo. Journaling pulls out from the side and reads:
These are the boards I made for VBS in 2018. I cut all the images on my Silhouette Cameo (the Cameo only cuts a 12-inch-wide image). Each image was cut in 12 x 12 inch squares and then put together on the 4 foot by 8 foot boards! Id never worked on anything this large, and was scared to death that I'd ruin the boards that someone made for Vacation Bible School. This is by far the largest project Ive ever done with the Silhouette Cameo. There was a HUGE learning curve trying to figure out how to cut the pieces. Putting it back together on the boards was a day long project, but I finally finished and even though I could see a few small flawsoverall, they looked great!
