I started with a plain white picture frame, painted it with a gold base, wrapped sewing thread around different areas of the frame, and then used alcohol inks to shade the areas I wanted to be more dramatic. After putting the color on, I began adding all of the little pieces to the frame with a gel medium, and finished up with micro beads and lots of glitter.
