Jazz up your next scrapbook layout with some Deco Foil and Deco Foil Flock! So easy to use! I foiled our Rainbows Galore Toner Card Front for a fun pop of shine plus added some die-cut flocked leaves and flowers. And I stamped on our flock (yes you can stamp on flock!) for added texture on those tropical leaves! I also used a stencil with our Deco Foil DUO gel to add some foil fun to the layout corners! (DUO gel can work with or without heat)
