I used the washi tape for the bottom of the card. I used a flower stamp and colored it with colored pencils and used pop-up tape to make it stand out. I also die-cut the skates, colored them with colored pencil, and painted the wheels to make them stand out. I used pop-up paint to try and make the rainbow stand out and add some texture and more dimension to the card. Thanks for all your inspiration.
