The first thing I noticed was the color palette for this double. It is really a great combination. You have inspired me. I have so many rhinestone flourishes that someone gave me. I need to dust them off and use them. Thanks.

Summer blooms

Recently I got my new passion with creating a shaker pages and adding to the layouts a flip flap additional pockets for more pictures or hidden journaling to be added to the layouts.
I used some artificial fabric flowers from Michaels: disassembled the plastic part and just used brads and thin layer of acetate to hold them together, then used double adhesive red tape to glue them to the page.
I used some bling, but ran out of yellow swirls so I found a clear ones and just colored them with an alcohol marker.
