Oh my gosh - can you do my all my heritage LOs? I love this so much - I would never know how to use the bowler hat and I love your clusters. My favorite MIGHT be the pocket watch, though I love the all the distressing too… You are such an inspiration!
This is fascinating! I've spent 15 minutes studying the page. Great design, and the pictures and collage just really blend and compliment the whole layout. Love the multimedia with the trims and twine and burlap. So much history in a little space with just small bits. I'm not a scrapbooker, but this is a standout page!
WOW! This pages is fabulous. From the hats so identified with Winston Churchill across the top to the pictures and pocket watch! Love the ripping and tearing and antiquing - this layout looks as timeless as the saying on it. You really nailed this one!
I am pleased how this one turned out. I used up odd ends, frames and embellishments from my vast stash and also did a lot of my stamping. The photos were taken at the Churchill Exhibition at Blenheim Palace, early last month. I used colouring pencils to add just a hint of colour here and there.
The idea for this layout came from Lisn2cats's design "Mini-Vacation: Surprise Find" from Oct. 2021. I loved how Lis used the torn centre strip to showcase one of her photos. Thank you Lis for the inspiration!
