Wow for 18 mos. she really knows how to put her colors together! The LO is pretty fantastic too! ;) I am definately scraplifting this to showcase some of my daughters work!

Thank you all for you comments. I was a little nervous about all the bright colors but it just seemed that the subject called for it. I had this picture of my great niece and was looking for the right...something...to scrap her work of art. I was so excited when I saw these Ecuts.
