The background was a scrap of me cleaning the brayer while I was gel plate printing. I embossed the banners on the background, then stamped and die cut out the happy birthday, and popped it up on foam adhesive. There was something missing, needed some shiney-ness, so Stickles for the win, and layered some stickles over some parts of the banner background to make it more noticeable, and some happy little dots coming from the sentiment.
