I love to create these finished edge rosettes layered with card stock die cut designs. They are easy to make by creating your basic one layer crepe paper rosettes and then running them through a die cutting machine with a round scallop or flower die to create the finished edges. Sometimes I add a layer of sparkly tulle fabric on them too. I also offer these in my Etsy shop!
