I used stamps, stencils, washi tape and patterned papers to create this multi-photo layout featuring 3 photos from the 1990s. I used to scrap 12x12, but my latest scrapbooks are smaller -- so it has been a nice change of pace to go back and do a larger 12x12 layout that will fit into my older albums.
