2022 - Keep Calm and Carry On

I was hardly calm as I sat waiting with my documents to be reviewed for my citizenship application. It was the first time I had ventured into the city in over 2 years (since covid) and that alone made me nervous as well as the appointment. Now I just have to wait to hear if everything has been accepted. We did have a nice lunch out afterwards. This has been a nervewracking, lengthy process. But it will be so worth it to just come and go as I please as right now I am limited in the time I can be out of the UK so limits how often I can visit home in any 3 years.
