Give a Cheer
I made this layout using a Vicki Boutin pre-made mixed media background and Paige Evans collections. Its mostly Fancy Free and Whimsical with some bits and pieces from Pick-Me-Up and Splendid. Sequins are from Spiegelmom Scraps. I was inspired by an image in a mood board that I created that was of a hanging doorway decoration or backdrop of cut up shapes linked together. I cut out and punched out different shapes from a couple of patterned papers and used metal jump rings to connect them, making a kind of chain. I anchored them on the page with a brad at the top and foam tape on the bottom. The middle parts are able to sway from side to side adding a little more fun to the page when moving it. I added a couple of photos of my kids which I linked into the paper chains and I popped those photos up with foam adhesive and attached them to the page. I added a title, some bits and pieces and journaling to complete it. Thanks for taking a look.
