Dads favorite birthday cake (mocha buttercream with chocolate cake). I love my mom - I can always count on her to make a funny face. The out-take was the result of me reminding her to keep her eyes open for the photo (she tends to shut them every.single.time!). And just when I snapped my dad starting singing.
