We just celebrated one of our dearest friends 50th birthday. He's rather special to us, as he's one of our oldest mutual friends. We've all known each other since we were teens! So there's a long history of mischief and shenanigans, that gets revisited every once in a while. It was necessary then, to make him a tongue 'n cheek birthday card to celebrate the big occasion. Click through the pics to see the cheeky reveal that's on the inside of this card. So funny! I used a vellum layer backed with Stick It double sided adhesive for a 'no see' finish to adhere it to the patterned paper. I added some dark glitter along the edge where I hadn't quite lined up the layers properly, which was a happy accident, as I really love the extra interest the glitter added to the card. A gold '50' from a Jen Hadfield Thicker set was the perfect finishing touch to the front of the card. The fabulous space themed paper is from a Whimsy Stamps slimline paper set and so is the fun 'revealer' die.
