Sorry that I am late posting these graduation cards. I have had them done for a couple of months, but just didn't get them put up on the site.
The hats side up when the arrow at the top is pulled. The stamps and slider mechanism are by Simon Says Stamp. The hats and hands were watercolored, and die cut. the background was inked. the sentiment was die cut. Added sequins and Perfect Pearls spray for shine.
