This is a standard A2 card (5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches) made with white cardstock. I matted with black cardstock.
I created the strips of paper using spellbinders colorblock circles and stripes dies. I used papers from the FLORAL selection from scrapbook.com. I also cut a few gold mirror and pink pearl strips.
I took some white cardstock and added a sheet of double sided glue to it. I adhered each strip to the glue/card. I trimmed the finished card strips to fit my card and adhered to the front.
I added one strip across the card and added a bow cut from a die from Amazon. The sentiment die is from Spellbinders and is cut from gold satin finish mirror and black card. The fancy border piece is from AG.
I used Anna Griffin confetti die to cut the balloons and streamers from gold mirror card and added to my project. I added some colored rhinestones to my card as a final touch.
