Entered into the June Scrap With Your Scraps Challenge. The white and the blue papers were scraps. The pinwheel is from the internet. I added another layer to make it stronger. I used double sided tape to put them together then I hand cut it out. I used 3D foam under it for dimension and I added a gem to the center of it. I hand cut the tail for the long banner. "proud to be an AMERICAN" is from a bottle cap sticker pad by Paper Studio but I hand punched it from the larger original sticker. I didnt make an envelope because Im going to use a white one from my stash. Thanks so much for all your kind comments and friendly messages :o)Ro
