Hi There! A scrapbook layout title can get lost on busy paper, but with a few tricks you can make the title shine. Here are some ways to make your scrapbook layout title stand out.

1. Use an embellishment from the collection as your page title.

Often a die cut or sticker has the perfect phrase to be your page title, so use it. To make title stand out even more add a layer of solid paper behind it.

2. Use large letters in a contrasting color.

This is a case where size helps. Big letters in a contrasting color will stand out on pattern paper.

3. Use letters with a solid background.

Some letter stickers have a solid background that will help your title be seen on pattern paper. Usually the letters are printed on rectangles or circles, but I have some that are other shapes.

4. Mount the letters on solid cardstock.

If layering paper behind your photos, add a solid or tone on tone layer, then position the title on that layer.

5. Add the title to the photo mat.

Make the photo mat oversize, then add your letter stickers to it. Thats exactly what I did on this layout.

Hope these tips help your scrapbook page titles stand out.

Happy Scrapping!
