I made this birthday card for a friend of mine. I used watercolor for the background circles, stamped the mermaid, and then pasted the confetti onto the card. The watercolors I got from a watercolor kit I had received from a friend of mine that talked about different ways to make fun backgrounds, such as this, and the confetti came from my office when it was put on my desk for my birthday.
