Hidden Journaling: Jerry received this pendulum wall clock as a gift for working 20 years with Bell South. We loved the chimes on it and eventually didn't really notice them they were just part of our house noise. Not long after getting the clock, a friend stayed overnight while passing through our town. In the middle of the night, he got up and did something to Jerry's clock to try to make the chimes stop. (Who does that ??!!!) Whatever he did stopped the chimes and now they only chime very low and won't stay on the correct time. So, we've had to turn them off. The clock still keeps good time though. These photos were made in March 2008 and are of Jerry and his older brother Ricky, who has studied clock repair, trying to fix the clock. Sadly, they were not successful. We do miss the beautiful chimes.

The three strips that create the bg were all distressed with a tool. The yellow strips was embossed using the Cuttlebug. The clocks were fussy cut from pp. The gears were done on the Cuttlebug. I sanded all the photo edges and added brads to the centers of the gears. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
