For this project I began with a basic wooden star base. On black cardstock, I traced the star and adhered it to the base. After priming with clear gesso, I used distress inks to create a rich milky galactic feel and splattered with white gesso.
For the laser cut moon dreamcatcher chipboard from Scrapaholics.net, after priming it with black gesso I added Thermoweb DecoFoils in Silver, Irredescent, Emerald Watercolor and Deep Blue.
I finished the project off with a few stars from Tim Holtz and a sentiment from the Tim Holtz Idealoogy Sticker pack.
