I want to dedicate this card to all the wonderful crafters here at SB.com.
The glitter fabric has been in my stash for years and years.
I wrapped the fabric around a piece of cardstock. The circle and bottom of the banner were die cut. The butterfly was fussy cut from a card topper. I made the card base from a piece of glitter cardstock.
