Well, I think I went a little off the rails with this card. I believe that I got the parrot paper from Crafters Companion Chinoiserie.
This is a standard A2 size card made with white cardstock and layered with black cardstock. I added a pale green/silver mat mirror card that was embossed with a leaf pattern (Diamond Press).
I cut the parrot paper using a nested die (CC) and cut the other tag from another nested die set (CC). The LOVE sentiment was cut from gold mirror card and is a set by Sizzix.
I added the red foil hearts (leftover from my shaker card - the confetti die was by AG).
I added a silver bow at the top.
