Give a Cheer
This is a standard size slimline card made with white cardstock and layered with black cardstock.
I got the patterned paper from Crafters Companion (it's in one of their pads- 8x8).
I matted a green with silver dot paper (also CC), then the flower paper.
I made the belly band from black cardstock (1 1/2 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches long). I added an embossed gold mat mirror card (1 inch wide) and then another strip of black card 1/2 inch wide).
I cut my sentiment from PinkFresh thin words - from a lavender mat mirror card. The rose is from one of my AG kits.
I added some crystal drops (TS) in Pink Orchid to the belly band and to my card.
Now this will mae you laugh. I had the belly band ON MY CARD when I added the drops. The belly band is loose so it slides easily. I couldn't believe I didn't think to remove the band before decorating the card. Luckily, the drops dried and there were no smudges. Yikes!
