Hi There! Tuck spots are a great way to add additional writing space to any page. Here are three different ways I made tuck spots on these pages.
1. Use a Policy Envelope
A policy envelope quickly changes a sheet music page into a great journal page.
I cut some paper from the collection using my policy envelope die, added a bit of ink, then assembled it. Gluing it on 2 sides to the music paper creates a tuck between the music paper and the policy envelope that holds 3 tags plus one inside the envelope.
The two larger tags are cut from pattern paper, while the smaller inserts are 3x4 cards from the collection. Love the secret journal area the 3x4 card inside the policy envelope creates,
2. Use Images Cut from Pattern Paper
The embellishment on the front of the policy envelope creates a second tuck spot on this page. I cut this small portrait of a lady from the paper collection and glued only two sides to the policy envelope. This creates another smaller tuck stop.
For the smaller tuck I cut the tag from a scrap of paper, then cliped the corners with a punch.
3. Use Stickers
The small tuck spot on the facing page was made using a sticker. Simply mount the sticker on book page, then glue two sides to make the tuck. Its sturdy enough to hold these two large tags.
Tuck spots are so easy to make and a great way to add additional writing space in any journal.
