Since this was 1980 and photos were placed into adhesive albums, no matter what I edited in PS some of the graininess/dust/speckles would not go away. And the cake was yellow not green!
All of the elements were cut with my Cricut. I was inspired by a LO I saw on Pinterest but the artist is a seller on Etsy. I did change it up a lot.
Other items used: Memory Box Holiday Glitter paper pack, Mrs Grossman's Construction stickers, Copic markers (for the balloon highlites), and varying colors of cardstock. TFL....
