Here are more cards I made for a lady at work who told me her sister is starting 15 weeks of chemo for breast cancer. She needed 15 cards in less than a week and she wanted them to be note cards to regular cards. I did 9 note cards and then regular cards with one of them being a 5 1/4 x 5 1/4.
She told me that her sister was a Christian and more of a flower/beauty type of girl. So I knew I had enough stuff in my craft room so I went looking and found so much wonderful stuff that fit what I felt she wanted for her sister.
