I used a die cut from Sizzix/Tim Holts to cut out the tag. Then I colored it using seven different Distress Ink pads -vintage photo, tea dye, tumbled glass, Salvaged patina, Broken china, Salty ocean and Peacock feathers. I also used Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina. The diver stamp is from a set from Aall & Create. I also dripped som white paint on the tag and then I decorated it with netting, flowers, a piece of washi tape, glass drops and some metal gears.
I might be adding some kind of ribbon on the top.
