Give a Cheer
I used white and blush cardstock. I embossed the top part of the white with the dots and cut the bottom lace with a die both in the white. I used a scrap of a pearl embossed paper to make the strip. I used the You're in My Thoughts and Prayers Stamp in Rose Gold Ink on white and matted it with the blush cardstock. I cut the flourish with a die in the blush and finished with 2 blush and white paper flowers.
