Give a Cheer
I love oxide inks. Just love them. I just wanted to make a background and didnt have any other plan. Once I finished, it was the perfect base for the right side of my project progress photos. I used my camo/clouds/wave stencil (one stencil, 3 looks was how it was advertised - and it actually works!) to make waves, which I tipped with a combo of white texture paste (which faded when it dried), white Nuvo drops (spread with a palette knife) and (its hard to see) use a touch of Cosmic Shimmer glitter paste. The mountains were painted with watercolor paint. The sand is a bit of Magic Mesh and the outline stickers are Dazzles colored with alcohol markers and pencils.
