I wanted to use vibrant colors to echo the title but not have them overpower the photo so I used them as a border and mat for the photo. To avoid wasting paper, I cut 1.5 inch strips of cardstock in 4ths (except for the red) and placed them at the top and bottom of an old cardstock I wasn't going to use. I then placed a 9 inch square of black cardstock on top, leaving a 3/4 border. The "purrr", cat border, and labels were taken from a sheet of stickers. I cut the "fect" in a cursive font using Cricut so the "purrr" would stand out even more.
