I always wanted to use this plaid paper but it is very busy. By cutting out a square of orange on which to focus the layout it balanced out the plaid. The photo frame is from Cricut but I cut it out of old cardstock and resized it before cutting it out of the blue so the photo would fit correctly. I added blue gems to the corners to make it more interesting. The font and journaling were made using Cricut and I outlined the journaling in the same blue gems as on the frame so it would look more finished.
