This card was made with Spellbinders glimmer hot foil plate, "Crossed Lines Cardfront" and "Blooming Ornament." The green diamond frame was created with the Essential Diamonds Etched dies and popped up with foam tape. I colored the blooms with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. The word are cut from shiny gold cardstock and popped up with 8 layers of white cardstock.
