I have wanted to make this card for a long time. Its a copy of a card made by Birgit Edblom. Hers is gorgeous, and I felt inadequate to replicate it. It was even harder this year because Ive been doing more stitching and die-cutting than stamping and inking. I need to practice.
I masked the rowboat, dock, and sun. Then I applied the ink with Tim Holtz ink applicators. After I finished the inking and coloring, I restamped the image. (I actually remembered to leave the stamp in the Misti this time.)
