Give a Cheer
I started with a floral, heart background. Pulling from the colors in that cardstock, I cut two corners from two sizes of blue gingham papers to avoid being too matchy matchy. To add more colors from the background I used pink, yellow and blue washi tape to emphasize the diagonals. I trimmed a 5x7 photo to a 5x5 square and matted it on white cardstock. I cut a star and the title from the same white cardstock, adding journaling to the star with cricut before cutting. Using the offset tool, I made a silver outline of the journaling block to coordinate with the star in the title. Finally, I added 3 flowers to frame the bottom of the photograph.
