The photo was takex10n at a tulip farm and I remembered I had tulip paper. I found a tulip die cut on Cricut and edited it to a 10x10 image. The die cut helps reduce the business of the background cardstock. To give the die cut more dimension I used both glitter and flat cardstock for the tulips. I also used glitter cardstock to mat the photo. I tiltend the photo because it straightened the focus of the photo and fit better on the layout with the big tulips. The title was cut from white cardstock.
