I inked the card base under the flower. I stamped and die cut the banner. I cut the double layer frame with my Cricut machine. The 3D flower was in a gift box with others from my friend Carol Steno. Thanks so much Carol! I didnt make an envelope for this card, I got one from my stash. Thanks so much to all who comment and send friendly messages :o)Ro
