This could very well be a one layer card, but I happen to love texture and dimension, and a thin black matting layer to make my cards pop. But of course, create in the style that you love. I started this card off by masking the card front panel with the Spotlight Circle Stencil and temporarily adhered it with Pixie Spray. Next I blended Lemon Color Hive ink through the circle, and then applied the Hexagon Burst Stencil over it. I then, blended the colors of Bubblegum and Blue Moon through it creating subtle washes of color.

Once the stenciling was complete, I stamped the Chin Up Buttercup floral with Eclipse Black ink so that the sentiment hugged the circle. Thankfully, the stamp set is all one piece and curved so lining it up was easy. Additionally I stamped the sub sentiment and die cut it into an oval. I also punched two holes in it to create the tag. Next I used 2-3 color blends of Copics to color the floral.
