A1 white c/s base, top fold (3 1/2w x 4 7/8h), 2nd layer navy c/s ((3 3/8w x 4 6/8h), 3rd white c/s, (3 1/8w x 4 5/8h) brush on distress oxide: chipped sapphire, mermaid lagoon, peacock feathers, & lucky clover, using Tim Holtz stencil w/texture paste "opaque matte & 2 drops "turquoise" alcohol ink & fine blue glitter-add to lower portion of card, let dry, w/brush flick on white metallic watercolor drops, die-cut flowers "Momenta", brush the same oxides on flower edge, attach card w/foam & add foam to flowers slightly off-set & attach, add pico embellisher to flowers, add twine to top of card, using "Glimmer" foil w/blue foil & die-cut sentiments. attach "thank you" w/foam & "so Much" w/glue, add Catherine Pooler "Portland" sequins.
