I knew I wanted to use the flip flop paper but that it was too busy for the entire background. so I only used a 5 inch strip on a light blue background. To frame the page I ran strips of green and white polka dot washi tape along the edges. Photos were matted in red (although it looks pink in this photo). Stickers and a sparkly duck were added, as well as 3 "bubbles" in different blues and sizes.
