Tag created for Renea Bouquets Tag Challenge. I wanted to create a fairy cat; so I found a princess kitty and added a RB printed BB butterfly as her wings. I handmade flowers using prills as the center. Lots of fussy cutting and hand coloring. I think she is so cute.
