Give a Cheer
I love the home line by Simple Stories but didn't want to overwhelm the layout with too many patterns. I cut a 4.5x9 rectangle of solid orange cardstock wo there would be a border of the yellow around it. I then cut a 4x8 rectangle of the heart cardstock and left a 3 sided border of the orange around that. The 5x7 photo was matted in solid red but then trimmed with a scalloped blade. It was then placed a little off center on the 12x12 page. To incorporate a few more patterns I cut different widths and lengths of cardstock and made tags. Finally, I wrote the title directly on the yellow cardstock with cricut.
