Give a Cheer
Oversized tag made for the the Reneabouquet August tag challenge. (Will be switching out the photo for a more beachy one when I get my next set of photos printed.)
Used plain watercolor paper and used Nuvo shimmer powders and a bit of distress ink spray to make the background. Then covered any white areas with a few distress stamping inks. Dipped the spray ink cap in 3D Stempel Farbe glitter paints to make the circles and finished the background with a bit of White Linen spray ink. Under the netting is sand paste tinted with more distress inks and used a mix of brads to hold down the netting and Beautiful Board scrap.
