Give a Cheer
This is our DD Sarah back in June 2011 sitting on our back steps. The little sunflower had come up voluntarily - I guess from seed dropped by the birds on the feeder on our deck.
The borders are done with a set of die I found on Amazon made by Karen Bruniston called Border Blend Trims. The "wooden" circle was cut with Cottage Cutz stitched circle dies. The sun was stamped using Hero Arts Kiss From the Sun stamps and then cut out by hand. The pps are by Carta Bella from Sunflower Market and Farmhouse Living sets. The flowers and leaves were cut out by hand and inked in brown. The lettering was done with really old Quik Kutz dies. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
