For this card I recycled some scraps. For the blue background I used the outside of a square that I die cut about 6 months ago (I save them all). The plastic was from packaging I got today that had Halloween paper in it. The snowman and sentiment are from last year's cards. The only new is the white cardstock base and the snowflakes. To make the shaker, I glued the plastic to the blue cardstock, then added 3D double-sided adhesive between the blue and white cardstock.
