I decided I needed a very girly monster card. I used my new Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Die on the background papers. The balloons are stamped and die cut and I drew and hand cut the strings before gluing them together. The sentiment was stamped, heat embossed, and hand cut. I stamped, colored, and die cut the monster and then attached the googly eye. I punched up the balloons and monster with 3D foam dots.
